Marta Antoniak is a Polish painter, born 6th of June 1986 in Zabrze and is currently based in Cracaw, Poland. She graduatedfrom Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts, Cracow in 2011, where she continues her work now as a PhD student. She has already been awarded several scholarships and prizes. In 2011 her thesis was selected from 33 schools in 16 European countries and nominated for the „StartPoint – Prize for Emerging Artists“. In 2013 Marta Antoniak’s work has been nominated for the prestigious 11th National Geppert Competition („UWAGA: MALARSTWO!“).
